It’s no secret that times are financially hard for everyone. Plastic surgery is no different. One survey I read said that  cosmetic surgery is down 40 to 60% in the last year. As such a lot of plastic surgeons may be cutting corners to get new patients. It is important that you know that your doctor is qualified and is doing your procedure in a certified surgical facility.
